Dr. Ria Sahara is a compassionate and highly respected board-certified dentist in Newnan, GA, known for her gentle approach and dedication to making dental care a positive experience for patients of all ages. Originally from Chicago, IL, and raised in Holland, MI, Dr. Sahara brings a unique blend of empathy, artistry, and clinical expertise to her practice. She is the owner and lead clinician at Gentle Dentistry of Newnan, PC, where she focuses on helping her patients achieve healthier, brighter smiles in a relaxed and caring environment. 

Dr. Sahara received both her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the prestigious University of Michigan. She then completed an Advanced Education General Dentistry Residency at the University of North Carolina, where she refined her skills in the latest dental methodologies, techniques, and comprehensive treatment planning. Dr. Sahara is licensed to practice in Georgia, having passed the North East Regional Board (now known as the Commission on Dental Competency Assessments or CDCA) exam. With over 15 years of experience, she has earned a reputation for clinical excellence, providing high-quality care in dentistry. 

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Sahara is passionate about community service and youth empowerment. She volunteers at the Ben Massell clinic of Atlanta GA where she works on patients from the community. She is looking forward to partnership with Young Homeschool Scholar Society. Dr. Sahara is deeply committed to youth education and community enrichment through the Enrichment 4 Harmony & Harmony program.  She is an active member of the Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association, North Georgia Dental Society, and Top Ladies of Distinction, APC Atlanta Peachtree Chapter (TLOD). TLOD is known for its community service initiatives, and Dr. Sahara is proud to be part of their mentorship program, which is dedicated to empowering young women and inspiring future leaders.
